We are currently recruiting for a Breakfast Commis Chef at The Londoner Hotel.
Overview
An amazing opportunity to join the culinary team at The Londoner Hotel as a Breakfast Commis Chef. You will ensure that the highest quality of food is prepared and served for breakfast, following all recipes precisely and assisting in overall quality control across the kitchen and sections as required. You will be motivated and keen to learn new culinary skills from the senior chefs. You will ensure that all mis en place is done timely and that there is a sufficient quantity for the breakfast service. You will support senior members of the kitchen brigade at all times.
About You
- Be passionate about food and keen to learn and develop new cooking techniques.
- Hold a level 2 food hygiene certificate.
- You will have the confidence to communicate with other chefs and build rapport amongst the team.
