A new opportunity has arisen to join The Londoner Spa Retreat team as Assistant Spa Manager. The role of Assistant Spa Manager will involve assisting the Spa Manager in the day to day operation and running of the spa operation. Supporting and training the therapists to ensure treatment standards are achieved. Achieve Spa revenue, profit and customer satisfaction goals for the Spa and Wellness operation alongside the Spa Manager. Ensure guest expectations are exceeded and seeks opportunities to improve the guest experience by seeking feedback.
About You
- Current Spa supervisory experience within a 5 Star Spa environment within the UK.
- NVQ Level 3 or current verified UK certificates.
- Ability to manage and achieve budgetary goals by analysing historical data, forecasts and revenues.
- Has the ability to demonstrate personal ownership of tasks and will ensure completion to achieve the required results.
- Proven track record of achieving outstanding levels of personal and departmental targets in order to meet and exceed expectations whilst delivering outstanding attention to detail and precision.
