We are currently recruiting for an Assistant Food and Beverage Manager to join The Londoner, our 5 Star Luxury Hotel. As Assistant Food and Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all the food and beverage outlets alongside the extensive meeting and events operation. You will ensure all the food and beverage outlets achieve the revenue, profit, and customer satisfaction goals at all times. Direct the food and beverage management team to ensure both customer and employee satisfaction is achieved in a motivated and cohesive environment. Ensure guest expectations are exceeded, whilst seeking opportunities to improve the guest experience via the relevant guest feedback platforms. Support, coach, develop and mentor the heads of departments within the food and beverage operation and evaluate service levels. Implement and develop strategies to improve where necessary.
About You
To be considered for this role, you must have current Food and Beverage Management experience within a large scale multi outlet food and beverage operation within a 4 or 5 star hotel. Be capable of demonstrating outstanding leadership, coaching, planning and communication skills whilst adopting a strategic approach with forward planning. Have the ability to manage and achieve budgetary goals by analysing historical data, forecasts, and revenues, implementing strategies to drive sales and revenue and control wage costs. Proven track record of team development, coaching and mentoring a winning team.
