About the Role:
- Control and reconcile food and beverage costs according to Edwardian Hotels London standards through analysis, requisitions, controls, margins, and sales targets.
- Manage orders based on usage, stock turnover, and budgetary limits.
- Ensure compliance of invoices, delivery notes, and requisition notes with company procedures, including quantity checks on all F & B goods received.
- Assist in daily invoice input, purchase orders, and requisition notes, providing management information for decision-making.
About You:
- At least three years’ experience managing food and beverage stock units.
- Proven management skills and personal achievements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with non-financial staff.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Client-focused approach and IT literacy.
