We are currently recruiting for a Spa Receptionist to join our stunning Spa and Health Club at The Retreat based within our super-boutique hotel, The Londoner.
Overview:An amazing opportunity to join the Spa team at The Londoner Hotel as a Spa Receptionist. The role of Spa Receptionist is to be the first point of contact when guests enter the Spa. You will welcome them warmly, complete any pre-treatment administration and ensure that they have everything they need to fully enjoy their experience in the spa. This role also includes opening and closing procedures when on duty. You will be responsible for checking stock levels frequently and reporting low stock levels to the Spa Manager. You will be able to confidently promote and sell all services within the Spa Centre, maximising sales potential. You should be able to answer any questions that guests have about the treatments or services available in the Spa.
About you:Previous Spa or Health Club experience is required, or an interest in developing a career within this field. You should have excellent communication skills and a warm and polite telephone manner. You understand the value of teamwork and collaborate well with other departments.
