We are currently recruiting for a Section Housekeeper to join The 5 Star May Fair Hotel. An amazing opportunity to join the Housekeeping team at The May Fair Hotel as a Section Housekeeper.
Responsibilities- Clean and maintain rooms in your section and return them to Front of House for allocation.
- Maintain your own standards of cleanliness within the rooms that you are allocated.
- Greet all guests that you meet in a friendly and courteous manner, answer questions and help with any problems.
- Ensure that any feedback or complaints are passed on to the Housekeeper.
- Deliver a high level of customer satisfaction at all times in line with our core values and standards, which are to exceed guest expectations.
- Previous housekeeping experience is required, ideally within a 4- or 5-star hotel operation. Training will however be provided.
- Demonstrates excellent attention to detail and customer service skills.
- Able to communicate with a basic command of English.
- Understands the importance of teamwork and works well with others.
