We are currently recruiting for Meetings and Events Waiter/ess to join The Londoner and its standout Meetings and Events operations team.

Overview

  • Provide polished, attentive service during meetings, conferences, and banqueting events.
  • Anticipate guest needs, respond promptly to requests, and maintain a warm, professional presence.
  • Assist with setting up event spaces, ensuring layouts, equipment, and amenities meet exact specifications.
  • Serve food and beverages to 5‑star standards, maintaining accuracy, timing, and presentation.
  • Work closely with Supervisors, Managers, and Culinary teams to deliver seamless events.
  • Uphold service standards for The Londoner in every interaction.

About You

  • Experience in luxury hospitality, ideally within meetings, events, or banqueting.
  • A polished, professional manner with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and a warm, guest‑focused approach.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, high‑profile environment.
  • A team player with a positive attitude and a passion for delivering world‑class service.
