We are currently recruiting for a Waiter/Waitress for our 5 Star The May Fair Hotel and its iconic May Fair Bar.

Overview

An amazing opportunity to join the team at The May Fair Bar, our iconic 5 Star May Fair Hotel as a Waiter/Waitress. You will fully understand the menu and be able to explain all food and drink items to guests, carefully checking for any allergens. You will read the needs of tables and serve them as to their preferences. You will work closely with the Head Waiters and Floor Managers to ensure that service is seamless and an exceptional level of service is provided to guests. You will ensure that satisfaction levels are checked at all tables you are serving and will handle any feedback or complaints accordingly. You will take payment in accordance with company procedures. As a Waiter/Waitress you will be competent with IT applications such as Open Table, Adecco and Micros.

About You

  • Previous front of house waiting experience of working in a high-end food led operation is essential.
  • Demonstrates excellent attention to detail and customer service skills.
  • Impeccable command of English both written and spoken.
  • A passion for food and beverage, serving guests and providing outstanding hospitality.
