Overview:
- An amazing opportunity to join the culinary team at The Londoner Hotel.
- You will ensure that the highest quality of food is prepared and served, following all recipes precisely and assisting in overall quality control across the kitchen and sections as required.
- You will be motivated and keen to learn new culinary skills from the senior chefs.
- You will ensure that all mis en place is done timely and that there is a sufficient quantity for the day ahead.
- You will support senior members of the kitchen brigade at all times.
About You:
- Be passionate about food and keen to learn and develop new cooking techniques.
- Hold a level 2 food hygiene certificate.
- You will have the confidence to communicate with other chefs and build rapport amongst the team.
