We are currently recruiting for a Head Bartender to join the iconic May Fair Bar at The 5 Star May Fair Hotel.

Overview

An amazing opportunity to join the May Fair Bar team located within our 5 Star May Fair Hotel as a Head Bartender. The role of Head Bartender will involve working in a fast-paced operation where service and standards are the forefront of the May Fair Bar team and our brand standards. As a Head Bartender you will be expected to lead and support the bar team, this will include training, coaching, and developing the bar team. Be competent with IT applications such as Open Table, Adecco and Micros. Is able to achieve a 100% pass mark in Micros competency tests.

About You

  • Previous Head Bartender experience of working in a high-end liquor led bar operation is essential.
  • Demonstrates excellent attention to detail and customer service skills.
  • Have experience of leading, training and coaching a team.
  • Impeccable command of the English language both written and spoken.
  • Passion for food and beverage and keeping up to date with latest liquor and food trends.
