We are currently recruiting for a Breakfast Manager for our Signature Restaurant at The Londoner.
Responsibilities
- Ensure a high level of service is delivered during the breakfast, brunch, and lunch service.
- Achieve revenue, profit, and customer satisfaction goals for the restaurant.
- Direct the restaurant operations team to ensure both customer and host satisfaction is achieved in a motivated and cohesive environment.
- Ensure guest expectations are exceeded by seeking feedback and evaluating service levels.
- Implement and develop strategies to improve where necessary.
About You
- Experienced Restaurant or Assistant Restaurant Management experience within a 5 star hotel operation.
- Capable of demonstrating outstanding leadership, coaching and change management with a strategic approach.
- Ability to demonstrate personal ownership of tasks and ensure completion to achieve the required results.
- Proven track record of achieving outstanding levels of personal and departmental targets while delivering outstanding attention to detail and precision.
