We are currently recruiting for a Bar General Manager for The Stage and The Residence at The Londoner. The Stage offers an exclusive Champagne Bar serving afternoon tea and charcuterie. The Residence includes Y Bar, The Drawing Room, and The Whisky Room, curated to meet guests’ work and leisure needs.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve revenue, profit, and customer satisfaction goals for The Stage through upselling and excellent customer service.
  • Direct the Bar and floor team to ensure customer and staff satisfaction in a motivated and cohesive environment.
  • Exceed guest expectations and seek opportunities to improve the guest experience by gathering feedback and evaluating service levels.
  • Implement and develop strategies to improve operations alongside the management team.
  • Ensure staff training, recruitment, coaching, and team development, with clear training plans and objectives.

About You

  • In depth knowledge of the London restaurant and liquor trends, experience of afternoon teas and champagne would be advantageous.
  • Demonstrate personal ownership of tasks, leadership, and coaching skills.
  • Current supervisory experience within a similar environment, with excellent attention to detail and customer service.
  • Proven track record of achieving outstanding personal and departmental targets to meet and exceed expectations.
