We are currently recruiting for a Commis Chef at The Londoner Hotel.

Overview:
  • An amazing opportunity to join the culinary team at The Londoner Hotel.
  • You will ensure that the highest quality of food is prepared and served, following all recipes precisely and assisting in overall quality control across the kitchen and sections as required.
  • You will be motivated and keen to learn new culinary skills from the senior chefs.
  • You will ensure that all mis en place is done timely and that there is a sufficient quantity for the day ahead.
  • You will support senior members of the kitchen brigade at all times.
About You:
  • Be passionate about food and keen to learn and develop new cooking techniques.
  • Hold a level 2 food hygiene certificate.
  • You will have the confidence to communicate with other chefs and build rapport amongst the team.
