We are currently recruiting for an Events and Groups Sales Co-ordinator to join the team at The Londoner Hotel. Your main responsibilities will be to provide critical administration support to the Events and Groups team.
Your Responsibilities:- Support the Events and Groups department by coordinating internal and external communications.
- Assist with sales processes and manage event logistics.
- Assist sales managers with the distribution of sales leads.
- Respond to client enquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
- Assist managers with putting together and sending proposals along with contracts and event orders.
- Ensure that client records are maintained and up to date in the hotel's CRM system.
- Support with site inspections, client walkthroughs and fam trips when needed.
- Follow up with clients for post-event feedback.
- Manage all internal bookings.
- A minimum of 1 year experience within 4 or 5 star hotels.
- Strong organisational, multi-tasking and customer service skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends if needed.
