In‑Room Dining Assistant Manager to join our In‑Room Dining Operations team at The Londoner.
- Overview
- Take responsibility for achieving revenue, profit, and customer satisfaction goals for the In‑Room Dining operation.
- Direct the team to ensure both customer and staff satisfaction are achieved in a motivated and cohesive environment.
- Ensure guest expectations are exceeded and seek opportunities to improve the guest experience by collecting feedback and evaluating service levels.
- Implement and develop strategies to improve service where necessary.
About You
- Current in‑depth knowledge of food and beverage and in‑room dining within a high‑end 4‑or‑5‑star hotel environment.
- Strong leadership, coaching and change management skills with a strategic approach.
- Ability to manage and achieve budgetary goals by analysing historical data, forecasts and revenues.
- Demonstrate personal ownership of tasks ensuring completion to achieve required results.
- Track record of achieving outstanding levels of personal and departmental targets, meeting and exceeding expectations while delivering outstanding attention to detail and precision.
