We are currently recruiting for a Waiter/ Waitress for our 5 Star Hotel, The May Fair.

  • Overview
  • An amazing opportunity to join the team at The May Fair Kitchen, our iconic 5 Star May Fair Hotel as a Waiter/ Waitress.
  • You will fully understand the menu and be able to explain the dining concept to all guests, carefully checking for any allergens.
  • You will read the needs of tables and serve them as to their preferences.
  • You will work closely with the Head Waiters and Floor Managers to ensure that service is seamless and an exceptional level of service is provided to guests.
  • You will ensure that satisfaction levels are checked at all tables you are serving and will handle any feedback or complaints accordingly.
  • You will take payment in accordance with company procedures.
  • As a Waiter/Waitress you will be competent with IT applications such as Open table, Adecco and Micros.

About You

  • Previous front of house waiting experience of working in a high-end food led operation is essential.
  • Demonstrates excellent attention to detail and customer service skills.
  • Impeccable command of English both written and spoken.
  • A Passion for food and beverage, serving guests and providing outstanding hospitality.
