We are currently recruiting for a Section Housekeeper to join The 5 Star May Fair Hotel.
Overview: An amazing opportunity to join the Housekeeping team at The May Fair Hotel as a Section Housekeeper.
Responsibilities:
- As a Section Housekeeper you will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining rooms in your section and returning them to Front of House for allocation.
- You will be responsible for your own standards of cleanliness within the rooms that you are allocated.
- You will greet all guests that you meet in a friendly and courteous manner and will do what you can to answer any questions and help with any problems.
- You will ensure that any feedback or complaints are passed on to the Housekeeper.
- You will ensure that a high level of customer satisfaction is delivered at all times in line with our core values and standards which are to exceed guest expectations.
About You:
- Previous housekeeping experience is required ideally within a 4- or 5-star hotel operation. Training will however be provided.
- Demonstrates excellent attention to detail and customer service skills.
- Is able to communicate with a basic command of English.
- Understands the importance of teamwork and works well with others.
