We are currently recruiting for a Night Kitchen Porter for our 5 Star Hotel, The May Fair Hotel.

Overview

  • An amazing opportunity to join the Back of House team at The May Fair Hotel as a Night Kitchen Porter.
  • The role of Night Kitchen Porter is very important to the smooth running of the Kitchen and Back of House operation.
  • You will ensure the overnight cleanliness of the kitchens and back of house areas at night.
  • The Night Kitchen Porter aims to support all members of the kitchen brigade at all times.
  • This role is responsible for cleaning and managing the crockery.

About You

  • Must be able to demonstrate a positive attitude and apply the best of your knowledge to the task in hand.
  • Awareness of manual handling techniques and kitchen health and safety.
  • Basic understanding of spoken English.
  • Works well with others and understands the value of teamwork.
