We are currently recruiting for a Room Attendant for our 5 star May Fair Hotel. This role comes with forward career progression and an hourly rate of £14 per hour inclusive of service charge.

Overview

An amazing opportunity to join the Housekeeping team at The May Fair Hotel. This role comes with excellent training and fast track career progression.

Responsibilities

  • As a Room Attendant you will be responsible for ensuring your designated rooms are cleaned to the highest standard and in a timely manner.
  • You will work as a team, supporting your colleagues where necessary. This may include performing some ad hoc Housekeeping duties.
  • You will greet every guest you meet with warmth helping with their needs where you can otherwise directing them to someone else who can assist.
  • You will ensure a high level of customer satisfaction is delivered at all times in line with our core values and standards which are to exceed guest expectations at all times.

About You

  • Previous housekeeping experience is required ideally within a 5-star hotel operation. Training will however be provided.
  • Demonstrates excellent attention to detail and customer service skills.
  • Is able to communicate with a basic command of English as a minimum.
  • Has a positive attitude and approach to work.
  • Understands the importance of teamwork and working together with others.
