About You

We’re looking for someone who brings both skill and personality — someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, luxury environment and genuinely enjoys creating memorable moments for guests.

You will have

  • Previous experience as a Head Waiter/ess or Senior Waiter in a premium or luxury restaurant.
  • A natural flair for hospitality and guest engagement.
  • Strong communication and organisational abilities.
  • Confidence in leading a section and supporting colleagues.
  • A passion for food, wine, and service excellence.
  • A positive, proactive attitude and a commitment to teamwork.
