We are currently recruiting for a Bartender forour Joshua's Tavern-a London gin bar and beer tavern nestled in the heart of the West End.

  • Overview
  • An Amazing opportunity for a Bartender to join Joshua's Tavern located within our 5 Star luxury hotel The Londoner.
  • As a Bartender you will work alongside the bar management team to assist with achieving revenue, profit and customer satisfaction goals for the bar and operation.
  • Ensure guest expectations are exceeded and seeks opportunities to improve the guest experience by seeking feedback and evaluating service levels.
  • The role of Bartender is also involves Implementing and developing strategies to improve where necessary under the guidance of the bar management team.

About You

  • Current bar experience within a quality driven pub or bar operation.
  • Has the ability to demonstrate personal ownership of tasks and will ensure completion to achieve the required results.
  • Proven track record of achieving outstanding levels of personal and departmental targets.
  • Demonstrates passionate and drive to meet and exceed expectations whilst delivering outstanding attention to detail and precision.
