Edward Vinson Ltd is based in the South East of England and has been growing fruit for over 150 years and now consists of three main departments: Breeding, Propagation and Commercial field production.
We are looking for a seasonal staff to support our teams to harvest our soft fruits
Key duties will include pruning, weeding, picking and packing fruits plus supporting the team with any other general duties. Work is dexterous and you will be working in polytunnels or open fields. Fruit pickers must be detail-oriented, fast and reliable so you can remove the fruits without loss add bruises. There are targets you will be required to reach. Working with target gives you an opportunity to earn more money as all the quantity you will pick over the target will be paid in addition.
No previous experience is required as full training will be provided.
