As the Store Manager for Edward Sexton’s Savile Row store, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving sales, and delivering exceptional service to our ready-to-wear and made-to-measure clients. While the primary focus will be on ready-to-wear and made-to-measure offerings, you will also play a pivotal role in supporting the bespoke tailoring team by fostering relationships and enhancing client experiences. Key Responsibilities

  • Store Operations
    • Manage the daily operations of the Savile Row shop to ensure a seamless and professional experience for all customers.

    • Monitor inventory levels for ready-to-wear items and liaise with suppliers and internal teams to ensure stock availability.
    • Implement and oversee security and loss prevention protocols to safeguard the shop’s assets.
  • Online Shop Management
    • Oversee the online store, ensuring that product listings, stock levels, and pricing are accurate and up to date.
    • Manage the dispatch of online orders, ensuring timely and secure delivery to clients.
    • Provide exceptional customer service for online inquiries, including handling returns, exchanges, and complaints.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance the online shopping experience and drive online sales.
  • Client Experience
    • Provide an outstanding customer experience, ensuring clients feel welcomed, valued, and supported.
