Property Viewing Representative in Manchester

Edward Mellor began life with a single office in Reddish, Stockport, and today we remain the oldest family-run Estate Agents in the area. We are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Viewing Representative to join and support our teams primarily on Saturdays.

What does the role look like:

• As a Viewing Representative, you will be responsible for conducting property viewings on behalf of our clients and prospective buyers
• Your role will involve showcasing a variety of properties, answering queries, and providing excellent customer service to ensure a smooth and professional experience for all involved.
• The ideal candidate should have good weekend availability and will be personable, proactive, and have a passion for delivering exceptional service.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Previous Experience: Experience in customer-facing roles, preferably within the property or real estate industry, is beneficial but not essential.
• Excellent Communication: Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with clients.
• Organisational Skills: Ability to manage time effectively, scheduling viewings and coordinating with team members.
• Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail to ensure the property is presented in the best light during viewings.
• Professionalism: A polished and professional appearance, as well as the ability to maintain a positive, friendly demeanour.
• Driving License (Optional): A full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle
