Are you organised, confident, and looking for a role where no two days are the same? We’re looking for a friendly, proactiveAuction Sales Support Administrator to help us deliver outstanding service to our clients.

You’ll provide vital administration support to our busy Valuation team, attend properties to conduct viewings, and help showcase properties for marketing purposes. This is a varied role combining office work and time out on the road – perfect for someone who enjoys working with people and getting stuck in.

What you’ll do:

  • Support the Valuation team with all admin tasks.
  • Schedule and conduct property viewings.
  • Assist with marketing — taking photos, signage, updating listings.
  • Help prepare auction catalogues and materials.
  • Deliver excellent service to clients and buyers.

What we’re looking for:

  • Organised and detail-oriented.
  • Confident and great with people.
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
  • A full UK driving licence & access to a vehicle.
  • Property or sales experience is a bonus, but not essential — we’ll train you!
