As a Trainee Estate Agent, you'll be the face of our business, learning every aspect of the sales process. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a rewarding career in the property industry. No prior experience is necessary – full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Register applicants and match them with suitable properties
- Handle telephone and email enquiries
- Build strong relationships with clients and maintain excellent customer service
- Accompany clients to property viewings and gather their feedback
- Maintain accurate records on our CRM system
- Support the team with marketing, administrative tasks, and diary management
Requirements:
- A genuine interest in property and a desire to build a long-term career in estate agency
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service mindset
- Confident, outgoing, and well-presented
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle and business insurance
- Good IT skills and ability to learn new systems
- Proactive and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment

We are looking for candidates based in the Stockport and Tameside area.
Hours of work are 09:00-17:30 (Monday–Thursday), 09:00-17:00 (Friday) and alternate Saturdays 09:00-13:00.
