Are you an experienced Property Valuer or Lister looking for more freedom, higher rewards and the backing of a trusted local brand? At Edward Mellor, we’re growing fast across Stockport, Tameside and Cheshire — and we’re looking for a driven, target-focused Valuer who loves to win new business.
Why join us? If you’re currently stuck balancing admin, branch management, and chasing targets — this role is different. You’ll focus purely on valuing, listing, and winning instructions – no branch management, no endless paperwork.
What you’ll do:
- Carry out market appraisals using your knowledge of the local property market.
- Generate new business using our extensive database, tools like Spectre & Sprift, and local networking.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and identify opportunities for mortgages, conveyancing, auction and survey referrals.
- Create professional listings with photos, floorplans and video tours.
- Work closely with our high-performing team to grow market share.
What we’re looking for:
- Minimum 2 years’ listing or valuing experience in estate agency.
- A confident communicator who thrives in a target-driven role.
- Strong knowledge of your local area and a proven record of winning instructions.
- Full UK driving licence and use of your own car.
What’s on offer:
- OTE £40–50k+ (uncapped commission)
