As a Trainee Estate Agent, you'll be the face of our business, learning every aspect of the sales process. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a rewarding career in the property industry. No prior experience is necessary – full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Register applicants and match them with suitable properties
  • Handle telephone and email enquiries
  • Build strong relationships with clients and maintain excellent customer service
  • Accompany clients to property viewings and gather their feedback
  • Maintain accurate records on our CRM system
  • Support the team with marketing, administrative tasks, and diary management

Requirements:

  • A genuine interest in property and a desire to build a long-term career in estate agency
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong customer service mindset
  • Confident, outgoing, and well-presented
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle and business insurance
  • Good IT skills and ability to learn new systems

We are looking for candidates based in the Stockport and Tameside area.

Hours of work are 09:00-17:30 (Monday–Thursday), 09:00-17:00 (Friday) and alternate Saturdays 09:00-13:00.
