We are looking for an ambitious, motivated, and preferably experienced Sales Negotiator to join our growing team. As a Sales Negotiator, you will play a key role in driving our business forward. You will be responsible for managing property sales, negotiating offers, liaising with clients, and ensuring a smooth transaction from start to finish. The market offers a vast amount of opportunity to grow your skill set and earning potential.
Responsibilities:
- Handling property viewings, generating leads, and maintaining client relationships
- Negotiating offers and providing updates to clients and buyers
- Managing the sales process from start to finish, ensuring a smooth transaction
- Identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling additional services
- Working collaboratively with the team to meet branch targets and KPIs
What are we looking for?
- Proven sales experience ideally in estate agency or the property sector
- An ability to work as a team to achieve set objectives in a target-driven environment
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service over the phone and face to face
- Confidence when negotiating and agreeing offers on property sales
- Experience conducting viewings
- Proven experience pitching additional services such as financial services and solicitors
- An ability to represent a company in a professional manner
Skills Needed:
- Previous experience in estate agency or sales is preferred
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- A proactive approach with a passion for delivering results
- Excellent customer service skills
- A team player with the ability to work independently when required
- A full UK driving license is essential

Hours:
Hours of work are 09:00-17:30 (Monday–Thursday), 09:00-17:00 (Friday) and alternate Saturdays 09:00-13:00.
