We are looking for an ambitious, motivated, and preferably experienced Sales Negotiator to join our growing team.

As a Sales Negotiator, you will play a key role in driving our business forward. You will be responsible for generating and managing property sales, negotiating offers, liaising with buyers and helping customers achieve their goals!

What does the role look like?

  • Being a first point of contact for customers, understanding their needs and goals and using this to find the perfect property for them
  • Conducting professional property viewings
  • Fostering strong relationships with potential sellers and buyers
  • Negotiating offers and providing updates to sellers and buyers
  • Identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling additional services
  • Working collaboratively with the team to meet branch targets and KPIs
  • Delivering exceptional customer service at all times

Have You Got

  • Proven sales experience?
  • An ability to work as a team to achieve set objectives in a target driven environment?
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service over the phone and face to face?
  • Confidence when negotiating and agreeing offers on property sales?
  • Experience conducting viewings?
  • Proven experience pitching additional services such as financial services and solicitors?
