About the Role

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive

Office Manager / Executive Assistant to take responsibility for the smooth day-to-day running of the office while providing administrative and executive support to senior leadership.

This is a varied, hands-on role for someone who enjoys being the central point of contact for office administration, employee benefits and workplace coordination.

The successful candidate will be highly organised, personable and comfortable managing a wide range of responsibilities with a proactive approach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Office Administration & Employee Support
  • Manage day-to-day office administration and ensure the office runs smoothly.
  • Maintain and manage the company holiday tracker.
  • Support the administration of employee benefits, including health insurance.
  • Manage employee benefit schemes such as the Cycle to Work scheme.
  • Coordinate office supplies, refreshments and regular fruit deliveries.
  • Liaise with suppliers, contractors and external service providers.
  • Coordinate office maintenance, repairs and facilities requirements.
  • Organise office events, team activities and employee initiatives.
  • Act as a key point of contact for employees regarding office-related queries and benefits.
  • Help create a positive, professional and welcoming office environment.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure relevant administrative processes are completed efficiently.

  • Confident dealing with employees, senior stakeholders and external suppliers.
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
