Senior Client Accountant – Property Management (Bristol) We are seeking an experienced Senior Client Accountant to join our dynamic property management team in Bristol . This role is ideal for a finance professional with strong service charge accounting expertise and proven supervisory experience . Key Responsibilities: Manage the full service charge accounting lifecycle, including budget preparation, variance analysis, and year-end reconciliations. Oversee a small team, providing mentorship and support to junior accountants. Collaborate closely with property managers to ensure accurate financial reporting and client satisfaction. Prepare financial statements, cash flows, and monthly management reports for property portfolios. Support internal audits and maintain compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations. Drive process improvements to enhance financial operations and reporting efficiency. Requirements: ACCA/CIMA/ACA qualified or part-qualified (or equivalent) will be helpful but not essential. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in property accounting, with a strong focus on service charge accounting . Proven leadership and team supervisory skills.
