We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Bookkeeper & Payroll Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment, enjoys working with numbers, and has hands-on experience managing financial records and payroll processes. You will play a key role in ensuring accurate financial reporting and timely payroll administration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable
  • Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
  • Process and manage payroll, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and deadlines
  • Prepare and submit statutory filings (e.g., PAYE, VAT, pensions)
  • Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
  • Generate financial reports and summaries for management review
