Marketing Executive

We are looking for a creative, enthusiastic and proactive Marketing Executive to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the planning and delivery of marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Create engaging content for social media, email marketing, websites and other digital platforms.
• Manage and maintain social media channels, helping to grow engagement and brand awareness.
• Assist with the creation and scheduling of email marketing campaigns.
• Support the development and updating of website content.
• Help coordinate marketing materials, presentations and promotional content.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide reports on key marketing activity.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Assist with organising events, webinars and other marketing initiatives.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure marketing activity supports wider business objectives.
• Help maintain brand consistency across all marketing communications.
• Identify opportunities for new ideas, improvements and creative marketing initiatives.

Candidate Requirements

• A genuine interest and passion for marketing.
• Some previous exposure to marketing, digital marketing, social media or content creation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with an eye for engaging content and branding.
• Good understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing channels.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Proactive, enthusiastic and willing to learn.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Experience using marketing platforms, CRM systems, email marketing tools or design software would be advantageous, but not essential.
