As we continue to expand, we're looking for an ambitious Property Sales Analyst to join our team and play a key role in developing new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with our broker and developer network.
The Role
This is a relationship-driven role combining sales, property analysis, and business development. You'll be responsible for identifying and nurturing opportunities through our network of introducers, brokers, and property developers, helping to grow our loan book while ensuring deals are commercially viable.
You'll become a trusted point of contact for our partners, building long-term relationships and identifying opportunities for bridging finance solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with mortgage brokers, introducers, and property developers.
- Generate new lending opportunities through proactive business development and networking.
- Assess potential property finance enquiries and identify suitable lending solutions.
- Work closely with the underwriting and credit teams to progress deals from enquiry through to completion.
- Analyse property transactions, development projects, and market opportunities to support lending decisions.
- Attend networking events, exhibitions, and meetings with brokers and developers.
- Keep CRM records up to date and maintain an active pipeline of opportunities.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the lending process.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
About You
We're looking for someone who is commercially minded, relationship-focused, and passionate about property finance.
Essential
- Experience within property finance, bridging finance, commercial lending, estate agency, property investment, or financial services.
- Excellent relationship management and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Confident speaking with brokers, developers, and professional clients.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to business development.
- Knowledge of bridging finance or specialist lending.
- Understanding of property valuations and development finance.
- Existing network within the property or intermediary market.
- Experience using CRM systems.
