Key Responsibilities- Finance & Accounts Support
- Prepare and send client invoices accurately and within required timeframes
- Process supplier invoices and maintain organised financial records within the accounting system
- Reconcile operational records with financial data to ensure consistency and accuracy
- Monitor and reconcile company card transactions and employee expense submissions
- Assist with month-end close activities, including account checks and reporting support
- Help maintain bank reconciliations and general bookkeeping records
- Provide administrative support for payroll and pension processes
- Respond to routine finance queries and assist the Finance Manager when needed
- Office & Administrative Management
- Serve as the first point of contact for calls and general enquiries, directing communications appropriately
- Oversee incoming and outgoing mail, courier bookings, and office deliveries
- Provide day-to-day administrative assistance to senior leadership
- Manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings and appointments efficiently
- Record meeting discussions, producing clear notes and tracking follow-up actions
- Arrange travel, accommodation, and logistics for staff, ensuring costs are tracked and documented
- Support the planning and delivery of internal meetings, social events, and company activities
- Handle ad-hoc administrative duties as business needs evolve
- Previous experience in administration, accounts support, or office coordination
- Strong organisational ability and high attention to detail
- Confidence communicating via phone and interacting with senior stakeholders
- Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
