The Role
This is a relationship-driven role combining sales, property analysis, and business development. You'll be responsible for identifying and nurturing opportunities through our network of introducers, brokers, and property developers, helping to grow our loan book while ensuring deals are commercially viable. You'll become a trusted point of contact for our partners, building long-term relationships and identifying opportunities for bridging finance solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with mortgage brokers, introducers, and property developers.
- Generate new lending opportunities through proactive business development and networking.
- Assess potential property finance enquiries and identify suitable lending solutions.
- Work closely with the underwriting and credit teams to progress deals from enquiry through to completion.
- Analyse property transactions, development projects, and market opportunities to support lending decisions.
- Attend networking events, exhibitions, and meetings with brokers and developers.
- Keep CRM records up to date and maintain an active pipeline of opportunities.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the lending process.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
