Edward Mann are hiring for our client in the Real Estate Sector. They are looking for a Business Administrator and Data Entry Executive based out of their offices in SW London.
Key Responsibilities
- CRM Lead Entry & Data Management
- Enter new partner and direct enquiries into the CRM system in line with internal registration processes
- Review existing records to prevent duplication and maintain database accuracy
- Allocate leads correctly to relevant sales consultants and partner agents
- Capture and record complete client information, including enquiry details and project preferences
- Maintain and update CRM records to ensure ongoing data integrity and accuracy
- Submit client registrations to developers according to individual registration requirements
- Monitor registration progress and confirm successful submissions
- Coordinate with sales consultants to confirm client details, selected projects, and time-sensitive deadlines
- Maintain structured records of registrations to safeguard client ownership and commercial terms
- Manage incoming registration requests from partner agents in a timely and professional manner
- Communicate registration outcomes clearly, ensuring relevant stakeholders are kept informed
- Update pricing information and CRM records as directed by portfolio or sales management
- Assist with ongoing sales administration, reporting, and document management
- Support database maintenance and data hygiene initiatives
- Identify process gaps or inefficiencies and suggest improvements
- Provide general administrative support to the wider team as required
