Earning is in the region of £100,000 - £250,000pa (depending on the book value someone has) will operate on a model of small base salary and c75% of billed revenue
We are recruiting for Partner level roles in the corporate team of this Growing Law Firm.
- Due to continued business growth our client have a number of exciting opportunities for solicitors
- They offer challenging and interesting corporate work
- Key roles working with the Partners and junior partners - fee-earners in growing the practice.
Looking for someone that can either transfer in a current book or build a book within the first year to a strong following.
Great opportunity for someone with a good network that is looking to achieve a step to partner/ or an already established partner looking to be part of a developing firm.
Person Specification
- You have excellent communication skills.
- You enjoy working within a team and autonomously on your own initiative.
- You are personable and good at building and developing client relationships.
- You are confident and you have a strong belief in yourself and your own ability.
- You are committed to providing a good client experience and willing to put in extra time and effort when required.
