Edward Mann are hiring for an Office and Accounts Administrator for an excellent client of ours in Central London.

Finance & Accounts Support

  • Process supplier invoices and maintain organised financial records within the accounting system
  • Reconcile operational records with financial data to ensure consistency and accuracy
  • Assist with month-end close activities, including account checks and reporting support
  • Help maintain bank reconciliations and general bookkeeping records
  • Provide administrative support for payroll and pension processes
  • Respond to routine finance queries and assist the Finance Manager when needed

Office & Administrative Management

  • Oversee incoming and outgoing mail, courier bookings, and office deliveries
  • Arrange travel, accommodation, and logistics for staff, ensuring costs are tracked and documented
  • Support the planning and delivery of internal meetings, social events, and company activities
  • Handle ad-hoc administrative duties as business needs evolve

Requirements

  • Previous experience in administration, accounts support, or office coordination
  • Confidence communicating via phone and interacting with senior stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
  • Experience using accounting software (e.g., Xero or similar)
