Edward Mann are delighted to be partnering with one of our key clients in the Property/Housing sector, who are looking to recruit a Finance & Data Coordinator to join their busy team. This position will encompass a mix of both financial and data responsibilities, and would suit a candidate who is tech/data savvy, with experience in financial administration (ideally with prior experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable or Credit Control).
Role & Responsibilities
- Credit Control Coordination - chase/collect payments, and produce debtors reports
- Accounts Payable Coordination / Invoicing
- Support annual budgeting and forecasting processes
- Create analytical and statistical reports
- Act as a key point of contact for helpdesk queries, internal and external
- Maintain internal data warehouses/sources
Experience & Requirement
- Experience in a finance, credit control or purchase ledger team
- Strong analytical skills
- Tech Savvy / strong tech/data skillset
