Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized service to ensure clients feel understood and informed.
  • Take an active role in the annual business planning process to assist in developing strategies for the upcoming year.
  • Actively listen for situations in clients’ lives that may indicate a need for additional services.
  • Drive marketing activities such as planning and executing events.
  • Provide exceptional service to clients via inbound and outbound calls, email, and in‑person interactions.
  • Respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure an exceptional experience.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, referral sources, and internal client support team members.
  • Learn and understand the financial services industry; handle account opening, transfers, and other requests as directed.
  • Process account transactions, prepare documentation, and maintain accurate client records.
  • Work independently at the direction of the financial advisor; handle various administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, preparing materials for client meetings, managing correspondence, and supporting marketing initiatives.
  • Streamline processes by updating SOPs and strategically executing on the branch business plan.
  • Use technology such as MoneyGuide, Salesforce, Microsoft Office and other firm‑provided software.
