Role Description

This is a full-time Sales Executive role at Edward Green, located at our flagship store on Jermyn Street, London. The Sales Executive will be responsible for engaging with customers, promoting product offerings, meeting sales targets, and providing exceptional customer service.
Qualifications

  • Sales experience and customer service skills.
  • Knowledge of luxury industry and footwear trends.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Stock forecasting and stock room management.
  • Analysing sales performance, identifying trends, and providing recommendations.
  • Problem-solving skills.
