About the Role: This role is unique, to provide high-quality, inclusive teaching and learning for children with communication and interaction needs accessing our enhanced provision. The role involves leading ‘The Grove’ enhanced provision (currently 8 children); deploying TAs (currently 3) adapting the curriculum to support pupils make progress towards B-Squared targets while accessing their age related curriculum, implementing specialist strategies, and working collaboratively with families, school staff, leaders and external agencies to support academic and pastoral development.

We are excited to invite applications for the position of Enhanced Provision Teacher to join our close and dedicated team at Edwalton. The role is available on a part time basis to be discussed with candidates. We envisage this to be between 3-4 days but could include 5 mornings, consecutive full days or a combination. This role is open to Early Career Teachers and experienced teachers alike.

You’ll play a key role in shaping the learning journey of our children, building strong relationships, and fostering a culture of curiosity, kindness, and achievement.
