As a Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Support pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
- Encourage communication, confidence and independence
- Work alongside experienced teachers to deliver engaging learning activities
- Build strong relationships with pupils and celebrate every achievement
- Help create a fun, inclusive and supportive classroom environment
