Are you a recent graduate looking to gain hands-on experience before pursuing a career in Teaching, Educational Psychology, SEND, Child Development or another education-related profession? We are recruiting Graduate Teaching Assistants for rewarding positions within supportive schools, working closely with children who have SEND, Autism (ASD), ADHD and a range of learning difficulties. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable classroom experience as a Graduate Teaching Assistant, develop your teaching and behaviour-management skills, and make a genuine difference to children and young people.

We're looking for graduate teaching assistants who are:

  • Passionate about education and supporting children and young people
  • Interested in SEND, Autism and additional learning needs
  • Excellent communicators with strong English skills
  • Calm, patient, resilient and empathetic

The role:

  • Full-time, Monday to Friday
  • Hours: 8:30am – 3:30pm
  • Supporting teachers in the classroom and working with individual pupils or small groups
  • Supporting children with learning, behaviour and additional needs
  • Long-term opportunities with potential permanent routes
