Edvance Education is recruiting a caring and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school this September, supporting children with Autism (ASD) and additional learning needs. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Teaching Assistant who is patient, positive and passionate about helping every child thrive.

You don't need extensive SEN experience to apply. If you have an understanding of supporting children with ASD, ADHD or speech and language difficulties, along with a nurturing and proactive approach, we'd love to hear from you.

As a Teaching Assistant, you will:

  • Support pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
  • Encourage communication, confidence and independence
  • Work alongside experienced teachers to deliver engaging learning activities
  • Build strong relationships with pupils and celebrate every achievement
  • Help create a fun, inclusive and supportive classroom environment

We're looking for a Teaching Assistant who is:
