As one of the UK’s fastest-growing education-focused IT providers, supporting hundreds of schools and trusts nationwide, we’re looking for a Level 3 Service Desk Engineer to join our team.
This is a senior technical role within our Service Desk, where you’ll take ownership of complex issues across multiple school environments - ensuring minimal disruption and maximum confidence for the educators and students we support.
The Role
- Owning and resolving complex L3 incidents end‑to‑end across multiple schools
- Leading advanced troubleshooting across Microsoft 365, Azure, Active Directory, networking, and Google Workspace
- Supporting secure, reliable access for staff and students in safeguarding‑focused environments
- Driving proactive improvements and long‑term fixes to recurring issues
- Acting as a senior escalation point and mentoring Level 1 & 2 engineers
- Building strong relationships with school stakeholders, communicating clearly and confidently
- Contributing to service excellence through best practice, documentation, and continuous improvement
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in a Level 3 (or senior) support role, ideally within an MSP
- Strong expertise across Microsoft 365, Azure, Active Directory, and networking
- A proactive, solutions‑focused mindset aligned with a cloud‑first approach
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to support non‑technical users
- A passion for education and making a genuine impact in schools
Certifications
- Expected (or working towards): AZ‑104, MS‑102, SC‑900, Network+ (or equivalent)
- Desirable: MD‑102, SC‑300, AZ‑140, Security+
