EduTalent are looking for a Waking Night Support Worker to join a small, dedicated team supporting children and young people aged 5-19 with SEN within a residential special school setting. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of pupils/students with additional needs.
The Role:
- Work up to 44 hours per week over four nights on a shift rota, from 10:00pm to 9:00am, Sunday to Thursday, term time only.
- Provide high-quality, person-centred care and support to children and young people with SEN during the night.
- Work closely with a supportive residential team to maintain a safe and nurturing environment.
