EduTalent Group are recruiting for a welcoming and inclusive SEND school in Medway that is seeking a dedicated SEND Teacher to join their team from April 2026. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced SEND Teacher to work within a specialist environment supporting pupils with a range of additional needs, ensuring they are able to access a tailored and engaging curriculum.
- Plan and deliver differentiated lessons to meet the needs of pupils with SEND
- Create a structured, supportive and inclusive classroom environment
- Adapt learning to meet individual Education, Health and Care Plan targets
- Use a range of strategies to support communication, engagement and progress
- Work closely with Teaching Assistants, therapists and wider SEN professionals
- Monitor, assess and track pupil progress, adjusting teaching accordingly
- Support pupils' social, emotional and behavioural development
- Maintain high standards of safeguarding and pupil wellbeing at all times
Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status or equivalent recognised teaching qualification
- Proven experience working as a SEND Teacher is essential
